Terms of Service

rignu collects publicly available motor carrier registration records from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and makes them searchable, filterable and exportable. We provide the data as it appears in the public source, refreshed on a daily schedule. We do not verify, correct or guarantee the accuracy of any individual record.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single organization; sharing logins across companies is not permitted.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected at checkout until cancelled. Plan limits, including monthly export row caps on the Starter plan, are enforced in the product. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period.

Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use exported records for your own business development. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute rignu exports as a competing dataset or list product. All use of contact information is additionally subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

You are solely responsible for how you contact carriers, including compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state calling and texting rules, Do Not Call registries and the CAN-SPAM Act. rignu provides data, not legal clearance to contact anyone.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Data availability depends on the upstream federal source; interruptions or format changes there may affect the product. We aim for continuous service but do not offer an uptime guarantee on self-serve plans.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost business.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the export system or use contact data unlawfully. On termination your access ends and exports already downloaded remain subject to these terms.
